The goal is to connect across the Black/Latine innovation ecosystem from investor, founders, thought leaders and builders to acknowledge, celebrate and share with others committed to getting meaningful progress done faster by connecting across the stack.
All the tools exist to make consistent connection work, what’s missing is more intention in leveraging them, also with the inbound attacks on diversity increasing we see the need as being more critical than ever.
Joining is nomination-only and for now is relegated to specific milestones achieved by members to qualify.

No. Your fee is your achievement, at least for the first 1-2 years. With external support, we plan to keep it that way though as members see value and want growth, then dues may likely become an option.
Current plans call for quarterly IRL convenings with the goal to reach bi-monthly and then monthly in any activated city.
We believe like attracts like. We are trusting members to know who are up to something meaningful that needs amplifying and support to find value from being connected.
It will be hybrid, with convenings being IRL with education content occuring virtually.
